We had a rat problem for years and had hired other companies but the rats kept getting in somewere. Our house was buiit in 1948, has a crawlspace and some of the house actually cantilevers over the seawall making it very difficult to totally screen them out. The other companies eventually gave up. Then I called Patrick & Dave. Wow!! They came out and after doing a very thorough search found quite a few openings the other companies had missed. We have not seen any rats for months now. I could not recommend this company more!!
